Alpha is an opportunity to explore life’s big questions through a series of videos and small group discussion. It is a space for anyone to ask questions about life, faith, or religion. Whether you choose to begin Alpha in person or online, you will experience a low-key environment. Regardless of what stage you are in your spiritual journey, Alpha is a chance to look at the beauty of our Catholic faith.

Springtime Alpha will be coming in soon 2022!

Online Alpha (over Zoom) is by arrangement by contacting

Bob Hayes at sootieh00@hotmail.com.

Every Wednesday evening for one hour a week dive into various topics of our faith from the comfort of your home.  Join us on Zoom each Wednesday 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Each session will have prayer, lesson/teaching, discussion, and opportunity for questions. The series is open to anyone (you don’t have to be Catholic!) on Zoom. To join, contact Katy De’Ath at katy.de_ath@stlukechurch.net.

Jesus: the Way, the Truth, and the Life (Lenten Study)
For a church-wide Bible Study, you might consider this ten-week series! St. Jerome once wrote – “Five gospels record the life of Jesus. Four you will find in books and the one you will find in the land they call Holy. Read the fifth gospel and the world of the four will open up to you.”

Filmed in the Holy Land, the study explores Jesus entire life in the land and extraordinary world in which he lived and taught. Rated as an excellent series, which include DVDs, study, and discussion, you will learn the politics and clashing cultures and see where the most significant events took place.

Tuesdays 6:30 - 8:00 pm.

Beginning January 18th, a ten-week series finishing on March 15th. For questions contact Pat Karlsson Backe, p0kfit4u@verizon.net.

Divorced or Separated?

How about someone you know?
We love you and want to walk with you. The Catholic Surviving Divorce program brings hope and healing to those who have experienced the pain and loneliness of a broken marriage, for the newly separated, divorced and those still struggling with issues years later.  It will help answer your questions, restore hope, and provide authentic healing.
Come and join us for both events:

  • A Virtual 12-Week program, Surviving Divorce on Zoom, led by Carolyn Klika starting March 24 at 7 pm.

  • An in-person Evening for Separated & Divorced in the Conference Room at the church featuring a discussion on Hope and Healing led by Carolyn on Wednesday, March 30th at 7:15pm.

For info or to register, contact Divorce Coach Carolyn Klika at https://www.aboundingjoyministry.com/events or 608-547-9484.
