New Parishioners - Please view the upcoming Welcome Social dates below. Registration is not necessary, but will help us to plan. You can sign-up here to register to attend!
Mission
To reach out to all St. Luke parishioners with a welcome spirit and to focus on new and potential parishioners to our Parish. Offer spiritual warmth and inclusion through a Welcome Social and sponsorship if desired. To make newcomers journey with the Lord an easy transition from their last parish and make St. Luke home as quickly as possible.
Volunteer Opportunities
Core Team: To be involved with all facets of the team, including:

Attending quarterly meetings

Making Ministry changes through team discernment

Attend & support Welcome Social (4 times per year)

Mass Welcome Team

New Parishioner Sponsor Team
Food Coordinators: Purchase, pickup, and prepare food for upcoming Welcome Social

4 times per year
Welcome Social Team: 4 Times per year New Comers Dinner

Set up and tear down

Serve Dinner

Answer questions
Mass Welcome Team: Greet Parishioners as they come to Mass

One weekend per month at Mass you attend

Time needed: 20 minutes before mass, 15 minutes after Mass
Sponsorship Team: Support New Parishioners

Through phone calls

Attending Welcome Social with them
Time: Relationship will dictate amount of time
