Parish Business Manager - Full time

General Summary:  The Parish Business Manager is responsible for all duties associated with general accounting, payroll, human resource compiance and documentation, budgeting, contract negotiations and data analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience 

Knowledge and experience with human resources selection procedures and policies, including legal/compliance requirements

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant software. Knowledge of Peachtree and ParishSoft Accounting software, a plus.

Excellent supervisory, leadership, time management and interpersonal skills required.

Extremely organized, detail oriented and proficient individual

Non-Profit, Parish, and/or Diocesan experience preferred.
