GENERAL CLASS REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please read prior to registering!

You must be a registered member of St. Luke Parish to register your child(ren) in Faith Formation.

No registration forms will be accepted without receipt of the $40 registration fee.  You will be emailed an invoice for the balance due once class assignments have been made. Balances can be paid in full at that time or you may choose a monthly payment plan over 6 months. 

*Please note that we will be monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and while we hope to have everyone back in their classrooms this fall if there is any reason we are unable to do so we will be working with remote learning options.

*Please note that since we are only charging the registration fee one time per family (rather than per child)  the "Total tuition" represents the final cost. 

*Please note that the sacrament fee is per child celebrating the sacrament, added to the class fees with registration for First Communion year, RCIC, or Phase II Class for Confirmation.

Financial hardship should not keep any family from registering their child(ren) for faith formation. If you need financial assistance, please see the director for a confidential discussion. Financial assistance is not 100% guaranteed for all families who seek it.

A 50% discount will be offered for volunteers who serve for the entire year at a specified day and time. This includes teachers, co-teachers, hall monitors, and floaters (permanent subs). Please indicate on your registration form if you would be willing to volunteer and a faith formation staff member will contact you.

Refund policy: $40 registration fee is non-refundable. Once classes have begun, no fees will be refunded unless the family moves out of the Diocese.
