Parents expecting First Communion or Confirmation.
Your deadline for Faith Formation registration is July 31,
2010. As of August 1, 2010, we will not be accepting children
into Sacrament preparation programs. Children may be accepted
into Faith Formation classes, but will not celebrate Sacraments
during the 2010-2011 school year. Please call or come by the
church offices Monday-Thursday from 9-4 to register.

Faith Formation Registration
As of September 1, Faith Formation
registration is closed. Sacrament programs were closed as
of August 1st. After October 1, new families who have just
relocated by purchasing a home in the area, may be
considered for any open spaces in Faith Formation; Sacrament
programs, however, remain closed.
Fee
Payment
At the time a form is submitted, payment is due in full.
Cash or checks are accepted.
Other options include:
convenient automatic bank drafts divided into ten or
twelve equal monthly payments, use of PayPal to pay by
credit
card online, or in severe circumstances applications to request
an extension due to financial hardship assistance can be
submitted for consideration.
Catholic School Parents Parents with children in grades 2 and 9
will need to register for
Sacrament preparation.
Catholic School students are not required to attend Faith
Formation classes, but must be enrolled in Sacrament
preparation. Forms are
available in the church offices Monday-Friday from 9-4.
